Family
This last Saturday we got together with Chris's Mom and Sister for our Christmas. We had a great dinner and a lots of laughs. This year Christmas is really exciting for Sidney, she is really starting to understand.....she loves to turn on the tree and the decorations outside. Every time she sees an image of Santa, she screams his name...and she loves to sing jingle bells! Every time we get in the car to go somewhere she ask...."mommy, we go shoppin?"Yes dear I wish we could shop everyday! Below are a few pics. Hope everyone has a Happy Holiday.

Back with a BANG
By that I simply mean....a bunch of pictures!
Been missing for a little bit. Life has been a little busy, and I've been in a little bit of a funk! I'm slowly trying to de-funk myself for the Holidays!
Slowly trying to drag out all the decorations....got my new tree, so I have that put up. I usually just LOVE Christmas...it' s kinda hard to get in the mood these last two years...for reasons you all know.
Couple of weekends ago Chris, Sidney and I went to the gaylord to see the Grinch in ice, and just to go see all their pretty decorations and get inspired! I think I enjoyed the ice more that the other two...Sindey did love running around the hotel to see all the neat stuff. She got to meet Santa, and played peek a boo with the Grinch. If you don't want to pay to see the ice sculptures, just go to check out all the decorations!! (at night) they even have certain times where they have story time with Mrs. Claus with milk and cookies. Did I mention that it was a little cold...they have to keep the room with the ice sculptures at nine degrees.... The sculptures were truly amazing.... Truly worth taking a trip out there to see!!

Pumpkin Patch
Sidney had such a great time at the pumpkin patch this Saturday! She loved running around and looking at all the pumpkins! She had her face painted and bounced in the bounce house, and got to ride on a tractor! We had a lot of family fun, she was very upset to leave.
Sunday we all headed out to my aunts house....haven't really seen my dads side of the family in a while. It is always nice to catch up with them, we always had such blast as kids! I truly miss them and wish I could see more of them...we are just all so spread out! Hope to see them for the holidays!
Sidney's first Halloween costume! Isn't she sooooo CUTE! Look at all those baby toys...so glad to be rid of the big bulky stuff!

I'm gonna think about it.
CONVERSATION WITH MY DAUGHTER THIS MORNING :
Me: Sidney please go put on your shoes so we can leave, mommy is in a hurry!
Sidney: Mommy........I'm gonna think about it !!! I'll think about it, OK!?
Me: (after trying to not let her see me laugh) Sidney, you will please go put on your shoes now!
Sidney: OK, Mommy!
Nobody told me that as a parent you would be eating you own words ALL the time! This is just one of many things I say, that I find her repeating to me!

The Circus
Last week we had the pleasure of going to the circus, and by pleasure I mean FREE!! (he he) I really wanted to take Sid to the circus this year, but after all the fix its around the house...we decided not to go...as were going to boo at the zoo later in October.
BFF came through at the last minute, and had three tickets for us...and we gladly excepted!(thank you) It was a lot of fun! We were quite literally on the floor... front row seats....we could see everything. I must say that Sidney did very well, other than just wanting to go up into the rings with the elephants a few times.....and now this is all she can talk about! Mommy I want to go see the elephants! Its cute..

This girl can eat a hamburger and fries... I personally have a very strict diet...lol

These poor bears, I sort of felt sorry for them...they were like trained monkeys!(they could never go back to the wilderness...the other bears would kill em!)
